Absolutely NO SMOKING in cottage at any time. Smoking outside please do not drop butts on ground. We will charge a fee (up to $500.00) to guests that smoke (all types of smoking) inside.

There are sprinklers on the dock to keep the birds from pooping on dock. When using dock turn-off the water to sprinklers. Turn the dial located on the side of sprinklers to the “off” position indicated with arrow.

The cushions do not need to be removed. To open sofa pull the middle handle on the back of couch. The cushions just roll forward. See Instruction on the back.

Located on beach in plastic box. Adult PFDs ONLY. PFDs are required, by law, (on all vessels) when using paddle board, kayaks, or bow boat. There is a $84.00 fee if not on vessels.

Located on the lower lawn or beach. For guest use only.

There is a $25.00 nightly fee for pets. Clean up all animal poop from yard. No wet dogs inside. Please use own towels for drying off your pet, thank you! Pets need to be on leash for their own safety. Please always keep dogs on leash. Pet damages will be added to credit card.

Trashcans and recycling totes are located on the left side of house. Behind brown fence. If staying at Building 54, Trashcans and recycling totes are located by driveway stairs.

There are refill propane tanks around the side of the building, by the trash receptacles.

For units with air conditioning, the white remote is on wall/s. Push gold button and adjust temperature to your liking.

For units with gas fireplaces, the remote is located at the end of kitchen counter on window frame.

CAUTION! PLEASE OBSERVE THESE RULES FOR YOUR SAFETY!

• Pregnant guests and persons suffering from heart disease, diabetes, high or low blood pressure, and young children should NOT use the sauna.
• Do NOT use the sauna while under the influence of alcohol, narcotics or other drugs that cause sleepiness, drowsiness or raise or lower blood pressure.
• Do NOT exceed 15 continuous minutes. Over exposure to hot water or steam may cause nausea, dizziness and fainting. Symptoms vary according to a person’s body weight.
• Maximum Occupancy is: 6
• Watch your step when entering and exiting.
• Do NOT use breakable glasses in and around sauna.
• To avoid a fire hazard, do not place combustible material on or near any heating element.
• Do not leave valuables unattended while using sauna. Lakeshore Vermont is NOT responsible for loss, damage, or theft of any such items.
• Preheat Sauna for ½ hour before use.

1. Push in the four digit code (codes will vary).
2. Turn the deadbolt on keypad to open.
3. When you are leaving push the oval button on the keypad and turn the deadbolt again to engage lock.
4. 65 North Union guests have to re-enter code when leaving and turn deadbolt to engage lock.

Yes, Lakeshore provides fresh linens and towels are provided for all our guests.

Each suite includes a fully equipped kitchen with a drip coffee maker for your convenience. there are paper towel, dish soap, hand towels, pots and pans, silverware, dishes, dishwasher tabs, etc. You can drink the water at Lakeshore. There is also filtered water inside the refrigerator on the left side. Note: The water for Lakeshore does NOT come from the lake.

There is no laundry on site. Closest laundromat- Starlight Laundromat in Colchester (2.4miles). Starlight is a clean laundromat with fun arcade games.
Directions: Turn right out of Lakeshore Driveway. 0.9mile on VT-127 (West Lakeshore Drive), Turn Left onto VT-127S (Prim Road) 1.3miles, Turn right onto Porters Point Road 0.1mile, Turn left into little mall with sign “Starlight Laundromat”.

Shaw's - (distance 4.6miles) Turn left out of Lakeshore Driveway. Stay on VT-127 N (2.7miles), turn right onto US-2 (1.7miles), Turn right onto Mountain View Drive (341ft.), Turn right into the driveway of Shaw's.
